What benefits do I get as a member?
Members enjoy discounted court rentals, discounted open plays and clinics, priority booking (14 days in advance), two guest passes per month, and access to exclusive events.

Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes, all memberships require a 90-day minimum commitment.

Are there any discounts for paying annually?
Yes! Annual memberships save you even more compared to paying monthly.

When will my membership be billed?
Monthly memberships are billed on the 31st of each month. Annual memberships renew on your anniversary date.

Are membership payments refundable?
Membership payments are generally non-refundable. However, we understand that life happens. If you experience a major life change — such as a move more than 25 miles away, a long-term injury or illness, or if Smash Padel permanently closes — you may be eligible for a refund of any unused dues.

Can my rates change?
Founding Member rates are locked in for life as long as your membership stays active and uninterrupted.

How do I cancel my membership?
Send a written notice to info@smashpadelusa.com at least 15 days before your next billing date. Cancellation is effective once confirmed by a Smash Padel team member.

What if I need to take a break from playing?
Members can freeze their membership once per year for up to 2 months for travel, injury, or personal reasons. Contact info@smashpadelusa.com to request a freeze.

What if I move away?
If you move more than 25 miles away from Smash Padel, you may cancel your membership with proof of new residency and receive a pro-rated refund if applicable.
